Whether you’re a mechanic, a reseller, or a first-time buyer, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know — from what’s included in your engine to what to expect after installation.
1. What does the remanufacturing process involve?
Every engine is fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, inspected component by component, and rebuilt using new or reconditioned parts that meet or exceed OEM standards.

2. What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 2-year or 24,000-mile limited warranty, whichever comes first. You can also upgrade to our No-Fault Warranty, which covers damage from installation errors, dry starts, and more.
3. What engines do you remanufacture?
We specialize in Hyundai and Kia engines for model years 2010 and newer. Each engine is tested before shipping to meet our performance standards.
4. How fast will I receive my engine?
Most engines are ready to ship within 48–72 business hours. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen.
5. What if there’s a problem with my engine?

6. What does the warranty cover exactly?
The standard warranty includes the block, heads, pistons, rings, gaskets, seals, timing components, oil pump, and water pump.
The No-Fault Warranty extends coverage to accidental damage not caused by engine defects.
7. Can I use my own mechanic for installation?
Yes — but the installer must follow our installation guide and complete the provided checklist. Failure to follow the procedure may void the warranty.
8. What’s the difference between “remanufactured” & “rebuilt”?
“Remanufactured” means the engine goes through a standardized, thorough, and controlled process to meet OEM specs or better. “Rebuilt” may vary based on the technician and isn’t always as comprehensive.
9. Do you offer post-sale support?
Absolutely. Our tech team is available to assist with installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. We also follow up with clients after delivery.
10. Where are you located?
Our main facility is in Houston, Texas, with a team of over 100 people. We remanufacture more than 500 engines each month.
